Financial Responsibility
You are financially responsible for all of your session fees. As a courtesy, I will bill your insurance, but any co-pays or coinsurance are due at the time of service. If your insurance denies coverage, you are responsible for the balance. A credit card must be kept on file for autopay. Please notify me of any changes to your insurance to avoid delays or payment issues.

Cancellation & Missed
Appointments
Please provide a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes. If applicable, a late cancellation or no-show fee will be automatically applied to your account. If using insurance, you will still be responsible for paying the fee out of pocket, as insurance does not cover missed appointments. Extenuating circumstances can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, I will notify you of any schedule changes or cancellations with as much notice as possible. If available, telehealth services will be offered as an alternative prior to considering cancellation. If you are unsure about your appointment status during severe weather, please check your email and phone for updates or contact me directly.
